HJ04-3500.4/4.A高档彩色门窗双面无缝四位焊机是我厂最新研制的无缝塑钢设备，由可编程控制器（PC机）精确控制。通过控制系统及气动系统，增加了针对焊接强度的模式，特别是在对焊接过程中融化、融焊的软件 处理，保证在不同的环境下的焊接强度最优，并可以通过数字参数进行量化调节。该塑钢设备采用八片 刀具直接在焊接过程中对角缝进行焊接清理（无需清角机），可以对中挺和十字型中挺进行低缝隙清 理，焊接表面美观、强度高。机长可达5米，可同时使用四个焊位，加工大型塑钢门窗构件速度快，质量高，是理想的塑钢门窗设备。
