机器的组成部分及结构说明：

1、滑块部分WC67K-100T/3200液压板料折弯机采用液压传动，滑块部分由滑块、油缸及机械挡块微调结构组成。左右油缸固定在机架上，通过液压使活塞（杆）带动滑块上下运动。

2、模具为80高碳钢，强度达235N/m㎡。                  

3、同步系统  该机采用扭轴同步结构，油缸内置挡块控制，结构紧凑，性能稳定可靠，同步精度高。机械挡块由电机调节，w10计数器显示数值。

4、挡料结构  挡料采用电机传动，通过滚珠丝杠直线导轨带动齿轮同步移动。并由 E20数控系统控制(E20数控系统控制见说明书)，其主要功能：

（1） LCD显示，240 x 128

（2） 多工步一次编程，程序自动运行，连续定位

（3） 自动退让，避免后挡料与工件的干涉

（4） 单向定位，消除丝杆传动间隙

（5） 公英制转换
