1,Introduction

5754 aluminum alloy with moderate strength, good corrosion resistance, weldability and ease of processing shape

 and other characteristics, is the  typical alloy in Al-Mg alloy. In other countries, different heat treatment of 5754

 aluminum alloy sheet is used in the automotive industry (car doors, mold, seals), and canning industry .

2,Usage

5754 aluminum plate is widely used in the welding structure, the holding tank, pressure vessel, ship structure and 

the offshore facilities, transport cans and used in processing required good performance, fine corrosion resistance

,high fatigue strength, high weldability and the occasion of medium static strength .

3,Chemical composition and physical property

Chemical composition: silicon Si: 0.40; Copper Cu: 0.10; Magnesium Mg: 2.6 ~ 3.6; Zinc Zn: 0.2; Manganese Mn: 0.50;

Chromium Cr: 0.30; Iron Fe: 0.40; Aluminum Al: surplus, a single: 0.05.

Mechanical properties: tensile strength σ b (MPa) : 165 ~ 265.
