（角码结构性粘接/Construction Bonding of Window Frame）

1，产品应用/Product Application：
      单组分SJK 307FC铝门窗组角结构胶是高强度、高粘接性同时具有一定韧性和低膨胀性能的胶粘剂。其用于铝门窗组角时将角码与型材内壁粘接。 SJK307FC Adhesive is used for the bonding between aluminium corners and aluminium inner wall and always fixed the corners.Never moved.

2，基本用途/Usage:
● 粘接角码和型材，永久防止角码松动。确保铝框和窗扇永不变形。/Bonding of Aluminium corners of windows.
● 中梃、横橖接头粘接，防止接头处松动。/Bonding of mullion and transom
● 用于其它金属、木材、塑料、石材、混凝土等高力学性能结构性粘接。/Bonding of other materials.

3，使用限制/Use limited：
SJK 307组角结构胶不可用于下列情况/SJK 307 use limited as follows：
● 不得用作铝合金型材断口45°角断面密封，（该处应用组角密封胶SJK 306）
/Do not use in sealing for 45°corner cutting joints.
● 不得用作弹性密封胶使用/Do not use as elastic sealant。
● 不得在材料表面温度低于0℃或超过50℃时打胶/Do not apply below 0℃ and above 50℃。

4，典型物性/Technical Data：
下表中数据仅作参考（在标准条件下23℃，50％湿度）

5，材料特点/Property：
      SJK 307FC单组分组角结构胶。在－5℃至＋50℃为粘稠膏状物。用手动310ml胶枪或气动胶枪能方便地将其挤出。一旦接触空气，在空气水份作用下，发生固化。最后形成高强度，并有一定韧性的固体粘接材料。
SJK307 is One-part Polyurethane adhesive.It cures under the humidit. The physical state is paste under the temperature between -5℃～＋50℃，once expose in air and cured it become into solid with high strength.

6，包装/Package：
       310ml胶管包装，每箱24支。310ml Cartridges,24 cartridges per Carton。

7，颜色/Color：
   半透明或白色/Transparent or White。
