本机用于塑料门窗角部焊瘤清理，是集数控，气动和机械技术于一体的多功能清角设备。该机采用进口数控系统，根据不同型材系列可设置储存多达100种加工程序。盘铣刀会按设定程序对塑料门窗外角进行二维轨迹的切削，同时由上下拉刀清理上下面焊缝。另由上下两面铣刀清理塑窗密封条槽及内角多余部分。便于玻璃及密封胶条的安装。另外，还可以根据现场情况，随机键入数值，修正加工程序，使因型材尺寸精度不高而有偏差的焊缝，也能得到有效清理。该机具有调整便捷、自动化程度高等特点，是塑料门窗大批量、连续性、多品种生产的理想设备。
