生态板材生产、仓储、使用简介

    生态板材顾名思义是一种近似原生态绿色环保板。该系列产品：多层生态板、细木工生态板、高密度生态板、中密度生态板、刨花生态板。经历近些年的摸索与技术改进，通过深加工而成，结合现代家具行业、卫浴行业、厨具产业对生态板材的大量采用，我公司及时引进先进技术，按国际质量标准要求，制定成熟实用的生产工艺流程。生态板材生产过程实行全封闭无尘车间作业。

    该产品等级分为：无醛生态板材，E0生态板材，E1生态板材三大类别。该产品的主要技术指标以甲醛释放量和加工程度为标准定等级。

特定性能：

    生态板系列产品具有防潮、防水、结构稳定不易变形、密度高、握钉性能好、表面处理后有密封作用易于手工加工和机械加工、易于开榫拼接、表面纹理清晰逼真的特性，同时带有木质清香气味。针对E0、E1等级排放量的基材，经过加工完成后，基材芯层内部微量（即国家标准允许的排放量）甲醛已全部密封。封闭在产品内层的甲醛随着时间和温差的变化逐渐消除。

仓储条件要求：

1、本产品必须与甲醛含量为E1级以上的产品隔离储存，防止空气中的游离甲醛吸附在本产品上。

2、本产品与易腐蚀的化工产品须隔离存放。

3、仓储温度：10℃—28℃，湿度:60%—85%。

4、防暴晒，不适宜在45℃以上的环境储存，防锐利器划刮。  

适用范围：

    本产品适用于临时水池的制作、临时水产养殖场的鱼箱、卫浴橱柜、浴室地板、板式门板、强化地板、办公家具、快餐桌凳、公共场馆椅凳、家用橱柜、衣柜、酒店家具等产业领域中。

Storage conditions and requirements:
1, the product must have the formaldehyde content of their products for        storage, to prevent the adsorption of free formaldehyde in the air in the product.
2, the product and corrosive chemical products must be kept separate.
3, storage temperature: 10℃- 28℃; humidity :60% - 85%.
4, sun protection; 45℃above does not fit in the environment ;sharp objects scrape prevention.
