旋转式热风循环烘烤炉分电热式、燃油式和燃气式三大类，可以用来烘烤各种面包（吐司面包、法式面包、汉堡）、蛋糕、月饼、饼干以及烤制家禽等肉制品。广泛适用于食品厂、超市、面包房、机关、单位食堂等众多场所，也适用于个体的食品加工以及蛋糕房西饼屋等食品焙烤场所。
本烤炉以电、燃油、燃气为加热能源。整体采用拼装式结构。门面、烤室内胆采用不锈钢板材料制作，不锈钢活动台式烤架，可拆卸，方便运输，采用挂钩旋转或底部轴承旋转，鼓风式强制热风循环加热，大大提高了热传递功效，缩短了加热时间，以使更加节约能源，由于采用热风旋转加台车旋转，因此加热绝对均匀，烘烤食品无色差。为了使烤制的食品口感更好，温度更适合，在热风的出口处设置风量调节及加湿装置，特别适用于烘烤蛋黄派等对色泽要求比较严格的蛋糕，受到国内外广大用户的欢迎。
