本机适用于各种家具，实木门，橱柜们，工艺品，装饰板，玻璃等板式工件，经本机处理后的工件，表面漆膜饱满，光洁度好。
特别针对PU，UV，PE，NC，氟碳漆，液态理石漆，真石漆等涂料连续自动喷漆。
喷枪支座采用双向两组方式，预置2+2喷枪系统，针对工件的每个角度都可以有效进行喷涂，并配有一套柱塞泵供油系统。
喷涂驱动装置采用日本伺服电机进行精确驱动，确保喷漆精准度。
油管循环回路的设计，保证喷枪内的压力恒定，油漆流量由调压阀控制。
进气双层过滤装置保证进入的空气清洁，排气管的过滤装置保证将喷涂产生的油漆气雾过滤干净。
进料口配置一条美国BARNA光幕扫描系统，用于扫描工件的形状和尺寸，能精确的将工件的信号传送至PLC控制器，控制喷枪移动
开闭，节省油漆用量。
