 二.中厚板特点

      柳钢产热轧产品的表面质量一般,能满足一般情况下的喷漆处理,但作酸洗及镀锌处理时,质量相对一般,需要谨慎使用.柳钢产品厚度一般负差较大,以5.5MM材料为例,一般厚度在5.35到5.5之间,对于有精密要求的产品慎用.

Their products got a relatively rough surface which would meet the requirements for ordinary spray-paint operation but not very good for acid pickling and galvanizing. Their products are tend to have higher minus tolerance,  take T=5.5mm product as an example, their actual thickness vary  from 5.35mm to 5.50mm, it’s not advised to be used for products with high requirement of precision.
